Like fragments of shells, an ode to the ocean to wear around your neck. Hand-formed using impressions from collected seashells, cast into solid gold and accented with a white diamond.

About the Artist

Mari Beltrn is a sculptor and goldsmith creating fine jewelry by hand with an emphasis on personal connection and a sense of play. Raised in LA and trained in architecture, her work is shaped by a deep connection to art, natural history, and the landscape of Southern California.

Before turning to jewelry, Mari worked at a large scale – exploring form through direct carving into marble and onyx. That foundation continues to inform her approach: a deep sensitivity to material and process, and a love for the craft of fine jewelry. Her work explores organic forms, fluid gestures, and fragments of the natural world – bones, shells, movement – translated into precious metals and gemstones.

She specializes in custom, one-of-a-kind pieces.
