1. Use this handy character counter tool to count your characters
2. Use thePersonalize drop down to select the total number of characters (letters, numbers, punctuation and spaces)
3. Put your text in the order notes
4. If you give us more characters than you pay for, we will send you an email to edit your text or to pay the additional amount
5. Allow up to 2 week for personalization. It usually takes just a few days, but sometimes we are on vacation and these lovely ornaments don’t stamp themselves
